By texting or otherwise interacting with JustGust ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

JustGust is an SMS-based travel concierge that provides flight monitoring, itinerary management, and travel alerts. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate flight and travel information.
• You are responsible for any SMS or data charges from your carrier.
• You agree not to misuse the Service or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitations of the Service

• Flight data and alerts are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate or up to date.
• JustGust is not a substitute for checking directly with your airline.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustGust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed flights, travel disruptions, or reliance on information provided.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by texting STOP. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
